Job Title -Chief Specialist (Services Assurance and Improvement) Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

  • Job Description

  • KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Review and provides feedback related to the smart services initiatives by reviewing the business case, requirement documents and performing the user acceptance testing on behalf of the Customer Happiness Department.

     

  • Coordinate with the relevant service owners to benefit/do research and studies that will ensure the
    development of services and methods of service delivery.

     

  • Participate in improving services or channels in accordance with the local and international best practices.

     

  • Understand and analyze the potential risks faced and consolidates in the enterprise risk register along with the mitigation plans.

     

  • Perform Any other responsibilities and tasks assigned by the Manager

    Provide recommendations and solutions to manage RTA services with an objective to facilitate the service bundling, introduce new services and change in services based on customer needs and expectations.

     

  • Implement and improve an integrated service quality framework based on the local and international best practices to assess the maturity of RTA Services and Service Delivery Channels.

    Recommend the final nominations for the categories Hamdan bin Mohammed Awards for Smart Government and ensure the availability of all requirements for participation.

     

  • Review all award nominations, such as Dubai Model for Government Services and Dubai Government
  • Excellence Program (DGEP) on behalf of the Customer Happiness Department in coordination with the relevant departments within RTA.

     

  • Provide advice on the technical projects related to the Customer Happiness Department including Artificial Intelligence, Customer Experience Management, Services Improvement and Digital Business Platform.

     

  • Review new trends in customer services and emerging technology trends and advises how customer service related capabilities can be enhanced in RTA.

     

  • Provides recommendations and solutions to the service and channel owners (website, mobile apps, Chatbot and other channels) to improve the quality of services and implement changes in-line with the Omni-Channel Service Delivery Strategy for a seamless customer experience.

     

  • Follows up implement and analyze the Operational Level Agreement (OLA) between the Customer Happiness Department and the Agencies/Sectors.

Educational requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Quality from a recognized university

Experience requirements:

  • 10 years of working experience,
