Responsibilities:

Job Description

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
Spread legal , legislative culture and awareness among the agencies and different departments of RTA with regard to the application of those agencies and departments of the laws and regulations and local orders ( bylaws) and resolutions relevant to their work field and specialization through lectures, seminars, issuing booklets, pamphlets, memos and meetings in order to qualify them to perform their roles as per the laws and reduce risks in the work areas of those agencies and departments.
Supervise and follow up tasks assigned to the legal researches in the section.

Participate with the section manager to prepare the action plan , annual legislations and research strategy of the department.
Represent RTA in governmental bodies with regard to the related legal issues, legislations and studies pertaining to RTA.
Prepare legal studies on the application of new legislations received from the agencies and different
departments of RTA.

Provide legal consultations to RTA departments.
Review preparing of legal policies and methodologies.
Represent RTA in conferences, meeting, seminars and legal studies and legislations workshops domestically and internationally.

Review RTA laws and legislations, study the legal gaps and propose to develop and update.
Provide ideas and initiatives relating to legal work.

Supervise the preparations of the seminars, conferences and lectures organized by the section.
Conduct legal studies on services & business provided by the RTA.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University.

Experience requirements:

7 years of experience in a related field
