KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provides guidance for others on the team on parking system processes.
- Maintains, suggest, improvement parking business systems such as parking fine system, mParking and parking service system.
- Monitors parking business systems and vendors performance regularly via performance dashboards.
- Assists more junior staff members with technical knowledge and system expertise.
- Supports and troubleshoots various parking business systems using RTA incident management processes and procedures system.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate
- Escalates issues/risks, and present periodic reports including studies for improving parking business systems performance.
- Apply and insure the alignments between all parking systems and RTA governance frame work requirements.
- Works directly with agencies and sectors business users to resolve issues within our defined SLA’s.
- Conducts end-user satisfaction surveys and provides reports to management.
- Works on-call as a major incident coordinator for critical parking business systems when necessary and during emergencies and critical incidents.
- Encourages self-troubleshooting and guides end-users on training and educational material to improve awareness of parking business systems.
- Monitors parking fines machines and vendors maintenance performance.
- Creates and follows Requests for Change (RFC) for all parking systems changes.
- Insure targeted parking systems KPI’s results achievement’s.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems from a recognized university.
Experience requirements:
- 8 years of working experience in a relevant field.

- Examining and re-engineering parking operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new parking strategies and procedures.
- Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
