Job – Contracts Manager – Building/Civil – Contractor

Job Description:

Employment: Full Time
• Required to join an international contractor working on a large multi sports development in Riyadh. The successful candidate will work a large scale multi sports development taking responsibility for the following
• Represent the company and develop a strong working relationship with the client and sub-contractors.
• Procurement and negotiation of sub-contractors / Sub-contract administration
• Post award contract administration.
• Manager quantity surveying activities including re-measurement and agreement of quantities.
• Provide contractual advice and training

Job Requirement:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering
• MRICS or further post graduation qualification desirable
• 15 + years experience working for building & civil engineering contractors
• Experienced in the administration of FIDIC and bespoke forms of contract.
• Excellent leadership skills experienced in managing multi-national teams
• Must have worked for an international construction contractor ideally in the Middle East
