Responsibilities :

- - - Supports Director of CPD in collaboration and coordination activities, in terms of facilitating sector, interdepartmental and local coordination and related agreements and collateral material development
    - Collaborates and coordinates the formalization of the consumer protection service offering and delivery model with relevant stakeholders
    - Facilitates collaborations with other NEOM departments to understand their requirements towards CPD, and translating this information into project requirements
    - Communicates with all relevant stakeholders about strategic initiatives and ongoing projects
    - Works with each of the CPD Units to develop insights based on dashboards’ dataBuilds and manages CPD strategic initiative project plan, monitors progress, identifies deviations from plan and corresponding impacts
      - Contributes to the establishment of budgets, timelines, and development plans for strategic initiatives
      - Manages day-to-day delivery and operations of strategic initiatives (e.g., development of additional Consumer Protection Laws and Regulations on e-commerce)
      - Analyses root causes of performance issues and suggests corrective actions as well as improvement opportunities
      - Identifies opportunities to continuously improve processes and links with process owners to identify, drive and implement improvements
      - Conducts research and analysis on topics such as market trends, consumer behaviour, emerging technologies, and new consumer protection topics
      - Develops dashboards and data visualization to track and evaluate CPD’s performance, and provide periodic performance reports for management review
      - Contributes to the development of the consumer protection service catalogue and service delivery model with relevant stakeholders

    - Details business requirements for NEOM IT and or Digital Government to provide reports and updates on systems’ availability, issues and faults that might impact user experience throughout digital channels
    - Analyzes reports on users’ feedback collected through dedicated forms to feed into improvement areas and plans
    - Ensures the Director of CPD is continuously appraised, in a timely manner, of developments that directly impact the job function

Educational requirements:

Required Bachelor’s Degree or preferred Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field

Experience requirements:

3+ years of experience in management consulting or similar role within industry

Desired Skills:

Proven experience in data and analytics, as well as project portfolio management/project management / PMO
