Data Encoder – Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the back-office group by entering the departmental data into respective database software and ensuring its accuracy.
• Can be assigned to other administrative tasks of various departments but not limited to Accounts and Finance, ERP/Navision, Planning and Procurement, Support Services and Engineering Stores, for data gathering, reports preparation and generation, posting, data adjustment and training of new staff.
• Support for Accounts & Finance and ERP/Navision: Invoice Posting
