Job – Delivery Specialist

Job Description :

Ø The role is to support the sales objectives of the company through achieving given CVP targets. This role is responsible for providing 5 stars rate service to current and potential customers of Ford & Lincoln Cars.

Responsibilities

Ø Achieve and maintain the company prescribed standard sales policies and procedures.

Ø Achieve or exceed CVP objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.

Ø Constantly improve delivery techniques & customer handling skills.

Ø Maintain awareness of the automotive industry, update knowledge of product range, models, features, advantage and benefits.

Ø Liaise with PDI department ensuring all deliveries within agreed timeframe.

Ø Make sure the vehicles has done final check and walk around before its delivery to the customers.

Ø Actively answering all customers calls and queries after delivery in a professional manners.

Ø Continuously gauge management requirements and improvise or create reports to cater to them.
