Electrical Supervisor – Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and conduct when necessary the electrical installation works
• Ensure that personnel are adequately trained to execute work assignments, that personnel comply with job instructions, that potential hazards are immediately addressed and stop work execution if safety is not guaranteed.
• Secure contractor and subcontractors are installing according to approved drawings, design and standards
• Secure the adherence to the work program and maintain activities toward the ready for commissioning targets
• Contribute to planning sequences toward the energizing of the HV substations and participate in energizing planning sessions
• Liaise constantly with civil supervisors to ascertain handover targets to start electrical works
• Trouble-shoot issues and propose acceleration actions
• Report progress and issues

Electrical Supervisor – Job Requirements

• Experience in a similar position (years): +15 Level
• Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent
