Engineer (HVAC / Mechanical / Electrical / Pumbing) position is fully responsible for complete supervision and maintenance MEP work.

The Employee responsibility includes:

– To Lead a team of Technicians for successful execution of HVAC Maintenance

– Troubleshooting and maintaining all kinds of Mechanical & Electrical equipments & systems such as HVAC (Chillers, package AC units, Cold Rooms, Refrigerators), plumbing, electrical, low current systems, generator, BMS and other MEP equipments.

– To Complete and manage, supervise and mainten MEP Maintenance Contract for High Rise Tower and assist the maintenance team.

– The candidates must have thorough knowledge of routine PPM, Troubleshooting & Breakdown Activities.

Job Desired Skills:

– Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with good communication skills and Hands-On experience in Maintenance of MEP Installations.

– Minimum 8 years Experience in related field of specifications.

– Strong Team leadership and Management Skills.

– Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands.

– Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.

– Must be well familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports.
