Job Title – Engineer Senior , Electrical And Instrumentation (ICS / Software) Jobs in Khobar , Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessment surveys and audits of the Control Systems and Networks onboard offshore rigs specific to system integrity and software assurance as well as assist with Cyber Security assessments.
Compose and provide drawings of network topologies for data aggregation from existing networks to be used for future server installs and troubleshooting.

Develop maintenance plans to ensure integrity of E&I related systems including ICS software and Control System networks.
Assist with control and automation solutions used for software management and data acquisition.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of network, SCADA, control, and safety systems used in the ICS environments.

System testing and troubleshooting of various control platforms.
Ensure that all data acquisition operations are effectively managed and documented.
Process product information bulletins and compose internal and external Maintenance Alerts associated with ICS network components.

Coordinates with all rigs in the proper archive of each rig – specific web based Programmable Device Register (PDR).

Educational requirements:

Bachelor Degree

Experience requirements:

2 – 7 Years

Desired Skills:

Strong computer skills including all MS applications, knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn CMMS.

Advanced knowledge of PLCs, Network Communications, and Motor control VFD / SCR to include the ability to do PLC hardware configuration and program modifications.
Print reading skills to include the ability to draw red line prints for field modifications.
Strong knowledge of Power management system, Drilling and Well Control equipment controls, and their associated Networks and HMI interface.

Currently hold or is physically capable of passing a valid medical and certificate.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
