Estimator Job Requirements

Job Description:

• Develop estimates for planning organizing and scheduling project work
• Compute standard labor hours needed to produce units or to complete projects
• Track projects throughout its course to suggest budget adjustments of the project
• Develop estimates to meet project goals
• Make sure that important documents are submitted before a deadline
• Report to the Management and keep clients updated on the project status on a regular basis
• Maintain track of the latest estimating technology and industry-related techniques
• Provide detailed and budget estimate preparation for interior fit-out and joinery works to submit to clients and contractors

Requirements

• Male, 25 years old and above
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design Architecture is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role and industry in the UAE
• Knowledgeable as Quantity Surveyor
• Must have experience as an Estimator in furniture manufacturing, joinery and fit-out, interior design companies, and related industries
• Must be a team player and flexible on duty hours
• Good communication skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized.
