Facility Manager Job Requirements

Job Description:

• Maintain and repair buildings and equipment
• Plan for major renovations and new construction
• Overseeing custodial and security staff
• Ensure that the lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems are operating properly to provide good working or living conditions for occupants
• Supervise the design and upkeep of the facilities’ grounds and landscaping
• Adhering to and improving health and safety standards
• Experience with local or international companies in all facilities requirements which includes but not limited to inspections, reports, contracts, quotations, deadlines, attention to details, organized etc.

Requirements

• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any equivalent course
• At least 7 years of similar work experience in MEP-HVAC
• Proven experience in local or international companies
• Key skills – inspections, reports, contracts, quotations, deadlines, attention to details, organized, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
