Job – Finance Manager

Job Description:

• JV Governance and Compliance
• JV Financial Reporting
• Cash and Funds Management
• Zakat and Taxes Management
• Financial/Statutory Reporting
• Compliance with SLAs and Shareholder’s Agreement
• Compliance with local statutory laws and regulations, managing external and internal audit matters etc.
• The resource will be based in Riyadh, KSA and will support the SMDBU Team in UAE. Further, he/she will also be looking into the affairs of other Corporate entities locally and provide full suite of services to them
• The suitable consultant should be an experienced professional expected to manage stakeholder relationships with Projects Team, Country Office, Corporate Office, JV, Authorities, Auditors, Tax Advisors, Banks and any other external parties. The ideal candidate would be technically proficient and fluent in both Arabic and English languages. Arabic speaker is a must.
• Experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management system is a must.
