Job Title – Health & Safety Supervisor(Mega Project) Jobs in United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Monitoring, supporting, supervising and providing Technical advisory to H&S Technician, H&S shift Officers, H&S Trainer and H&S Crane Trainer.

Supporting and advising operations personnel for risk assessments (HIRA and JSA), observations programs, permit-to-work (PTW) as necessary.
Analyzing and formulating significant Incidents and distributing to required ESA employees through Daily Summary report, Weekend Summary Reports, H&S Alerts and & safety critical messages, knowledge- based messages, regulatory requirement messages etc.
Advisory and supporting H&S Supervisors on Incident Investigation root cause analysis and setting appropriate corrective actions.

Advisory and supporting H&S Supervisors on compliance to ADEMS/Internal Audit requirements and functionality.
To develop risk-based communication campaigns considering past and present Incidents and process requirements.
Manage the H&S Portal to ensure it is up to date and available to all concerned.

Prepare Monthly Statistics and Presentation for the EHS management meeting.
Prepare Quarterly Report and coordinate with QA for IDB submission.
Preparing/initiating all HS related formats/documents like induction cards, assembly points map, emergency action plan, Contractor monthly report, guidance’s reports etc., as requested by Manager/Assistant manager of HS.

Leading Internal/External audits and High-Level audits from World Steel Association.
Being a WSA member, should provide relevant information’s and supporting H&S department by offering statistical data to World steel association.

Educational requirements:

Bacheloer in Degree
Technical School

Experience requirements:

Relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience.
Technical Diploma with at least 10 years of experience.
