HSE Officer – Job Description

• Lead and implement the plan for specific tasks to the fair quality, cost and schedule to ensure completion according to desired time and cost constraints as per project execution plan and strategy.
• Prepare Project Execution plan for specific assigned area including, a deliverable list with a target date, cost down the idea, risk identification & countermeasure plan to align project, department objectives.
• Supporting Lead Engineer for Planning, evaluating and Selecting Engineering Subcontractor use for the concerned project.
• Contribute to successful project completion by participating in the resolution of issues such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of standard materials, and complex coordination requirements.
