Job Title – Lean Manager Jobs in Brussels, Belgium

Responsibilities:

Promote Lean transformation within our organization;
Coach leaders at all levels;

Ensure Lean implementation on projects in all stages (tender, design, procurement, execution, reception);
Coach and manage a dynamic team supporting projects in Lean steps;
Send offers to site and follow-up related cost control;

Develop Lean department;
Report to top management on progress, warnings and mitigation measures to be taken;
Teach Lean philosophy and tools (mainly LPS and 5S);

Educational requirements:

You have an Engineering degree in construction or another similar domain

Experience requirements:

Minimum 5 years of work experience within a construction company;

Desired Skills:

Facilitation skills (ability to engage with a wide variety of people)
Charisma and presence while keeping patience is an asset;

Curiosity in searching new ways of working;
Your are convinced that the Construction Industry is ready for a change;
You identify with our core competencies by possessing an entrepreneurial mind, showing flexibility, being innovative and result-oriented while promoting teamwork

You possess excellent communication skills, an analytical mind and you are client focused
Fluent in Dutch and/or French (oral and written) and a good level in English;

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
Highly motivated.
Learns quickly.
