Responsibilities:

Develop project specifications,
Agree project plan baseline including scope,

Key activities,
Deliverables,
Resource requirements, milestones, and deadlines.

Utilise project plans and schedules to monitor all activities.
learned to enable continuous improvement

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience requirements:

Experience in construction and operations on high end island resorts

Cross-over between design, and operational experience
Over 8 years of experience
Previous experience dealing with hotel operator as a client or working as a client representative

Experience in resort hotel projects in particular island resort
Overseen projects through full life cycle including DLP

Desired Skills:

Good communication skills.
Problem – solving skills.
Decision – making ability.

Commercial awareness.
Ability to motivate others.
Team working skills.

Good knowledge of building methods and regulations.
