Responsibilities :

Strategy and Advisory	Designing and leading the Healthcare & biotech analytics by defining data analytics solutions, applications roadmap, and control data assets. Develop custom Data and ML models and Algorithms to extract data-driven actionable insights. Use predictive modeling to enable disease-specific knowledge and clinical-decision support. Develop process and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy. Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and optimize their performance. Educate HWB statisticians and clinicians on emerging or existing advanced statistical methodology. Focusing on computational biology and Systems Medicine, drive change through influence, negotiation, and collaboration Collaborate with different NEOM sectors and Health departments to optimize clinical trial study designs and programs. Inform clinical development evaluations via modelling and simulation and other methodology as appropriate. Serve as a leading representative engaging on external industry challenges like AI/machine/deep learning applications, advanced analytics and complex innovative designs. Represent the HWB sector externally on advanced and emerging topics. Create tools (e.g., R-shiny, SAS, R etc.) and platforms that operationalize key methodology making diverse approaches available to study teams. Drive the Strategy of Data Analytics within different healthcare areas. Be hands on and drive the team to use the correct data analytics technology stack. Develop and implement strategic partnership with the business
Relationship, Stakeholder and Business Management	Develop and implement strategic partnership with advance healthcare actors. Support the Digital Health Director in building and maintaining relationships and establish working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders. In the case of challenges or risks, support divisions or sector leadership in the development of pragmatic and considered mitigation measure and/or recovery plan. Proactively identify risks for the sector (incl. Strategic, environmental, operational, reputational, etc.), assist in managing the respective registers and reporting, as well as working with leadership and management in the development of mitigation or management plans.

Educational requirements:

Experience requirements:

8-10 years’ experience in Data Science in Healthcare and or Life science field

Experience with data querying languages, and statistical or mathematical software.
Expertise/experience in Python or R, distributed computing technologies (e.g. Spark, PySpark), Bash, MongoDB, Jupyter Environment, Conda;
Experience in Data discovery and using data visualization tools.

8-10 years in Data Engineering in the Clinical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology field.
Cloud experience: AWS / Azure or any other enterprise platforms
Experience in healthcare industry/Clinical/EHR is a MUST

Desired Skills:

Problem solving and strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to bring forward new technologies and patterns and apply them into the organization.
Knowledge of Clinical research, Fundamentals of Project Management, working in a matrix-based environment is a must.

Knowledge of principal Health Data Exchange Standards, HL7, FHIR
