Job – Manufacturing Engineer Manager

Job Description:

This persons is responsible for estimation, configuration management and quality engineering. Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency & Ensures the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively.
Adhere and Maintain WMS Policy, and comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001,API SPEC Q1 and AS 9100 standards
Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
10+ years’ design and quality control experience in product manufacturing
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office programs
Experience with CAD programs a plus
