Job – Operation Head – Apparel Manufacturing & Customisation

Job Description :

Operation Head to manage end to end process for Embroidery machine, DTG, Laser Cutting and Heat press for an upcoming Fashion label
Responsible for setting up the complete operations system for Manufacturing and Apparel customization unit

Responsible for hiring and onboarding manpower required for daily operation and setting up the processes
Supervising all Embroidering, Heat Pressing, DTG Printing, Laser cutting, Sewing/Stitching and final packaging of the products
End to end experience for managing and procuring material for operations like fabric, threads, inks, etc.

Quality control management process to be defined and upgraded time to time
Monitoring equipment and embroidery quality and making adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality output and efficiency
Completing production tracking paperwork and verifying that its accuracy

Monitoring equipment/machinery and report any issues to management
Preparing the run rate/production report and sharing it with the management on daily/weekly/monthly basis
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Qualifications:

Education must be within Textile Engineering/ Graduation In Textile/Apparel Manufacturing & Management.
Currently based in Dubai or willing to move there.
Must have experience in operation managing end to end process for Embroidery machine, DTG, Laser Cutting and Heat press.

Must also have a strong mind and attitude towards product QUALITY standard management
