• High School Diploma/GED or 1 year technical/vocational training preferred. 
• NACE Certification a plus. 
• Be able to work well with others, motivate employees, provide direction, and positively lead a team. 
• Forklift operator experience preferred, but not required. 
• General knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. 
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. 
• Must have the ability to read and interpret instructions and documentation. 
• Read P&IDs preferred, but willing to train. 
• Must be able to identify surface preparation and coating systems to be applied. 
• Keen understanding of mix paint (no runs, miss spots, sags, or drips). 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. 
• Able to work under minimal supervision.
