Job Title – PR/ Corporate Communications Manager Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Planning

Develop a communications & media relations plan (in line with marketing) including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.

Communications

Write & distribute interesting and engaging press releases, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.

Events

Suggest relevant events to participate in (networking, exhibitions, etc.) as well as relevant speaking engagements (round tables and panel discussions).

Influencers & Brand Ambassador Management

Identify & suggest relevant influencers to work with the brand.

Maintain & manage influencer relationships + manage gifting campaigns.
Manage the company Brand Ambassador program in accordance with both marketing and sales KPIs

Reporting

Generate detailed monthly reports on media coverage.

Share monthly media clippings and relevant Google alerts mentions.

Educational requirements:

Bachelors/ Diploma in Marketing/ Mass Communications or related discipline.

Experience requirements:

At least 5 to 7 years of related PR experience (preferably in the Food/ Beverage Industry).
Mature, organized, and able to work independently.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Good organizational and project management skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, with high level of initiative.
Strong Negotiation skills.

Able to give clear briefs.
Demonstrates extreme attention to detail.
