Job – Senior PR & Communications Executive CH and PG

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong relationship with the brand
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Consult with advertising agencies to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, organizations, or individuals.
• Work with the brand and agencies on the annual content strategy to produce engaging content following brand guidelines
• Measure and report on the performance of PR and communications campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Help develop briefs and guide agencies / partners to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications.
• Execute campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
• Work closely and manager PR agency to ensure best results for the brand
• Set PR goals with the agency and monitor performance
• Monitor, analyze and report on Marketing and PR activities
• Support with the delivery of key PR campaigns including Digital for the brands and products.
• Implement brand’s public relations strategies working closely with the appointed PR agency and the brand.
• Review and approve press releases shared with media
• Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
• Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.
• Analyse creative needs, suggest ideas and Coordinate with the team and agencies teams for all related tasks.
• Ensure that campaigns run to agreed budgets.
• Seek opportunities for free publicity.
• Create, implement user surveys and conduct market and public opinion research to provide studies/insight
• Coordinate ideas and opportunities for feature articles, interviews, presentations, and other public relations activities.
• Confer with production and support personnel to produce or coordinate production of advertisements and promotions.
• Study the objectives, promotional policies and needs of organizations to develop strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products and services.
