Job Title – Principal Cost Analyst Jobs in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the direction and supervision of all aspects of Cost Control, implementing systems and issuing reports to effectively analyse and control Project Cost Expenditures.Specific Accountabilities
Supervise the Cost Control function during design and/or construction stages of assigned project/projects.
Monitor Labour and Non-Labour Costs during project execution.

Provide Cost data into project controls system and issue weekly reports on project cost status vs budget.
Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the data being processes
Supervise any supporting roles in the project cost control area

Develop, implement and control the project accounting and job costing system to meet project requirements
Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review.
Supervise other Cost control personnel.

Prepare inputs for project Invoices.
Preparation of monthly financial reports for the project. Also prepare other financial analysis as required on an adhoc basis
Preparation of budgets in conjunction with engineering and construction team members

Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system.
Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project

Educational requirements:

Chartered Accountant or CPA, or Engineering Degree

Experience requirements:

Minimum 15 years relevant industry cost control experience.

Ability to motivate others.
Team working skills.

Good knowledge of building methods and regulations.

Qualifications:
