Job Title – Project Lead Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Performing the Pre Bid Site Visit, Energy Audits and providing the detailed BOQ and scope of work to the Engineering team
Prepare the Material Submittal, Compliance Statement, Project Plans, and project documents for all tender bids
Perform the Post Tender Survey and BOQ validation for the scope / ECM awarded

Prepare the awarded scope Material Submittals, Subcontractor Evaluation, RFPs generations, and PQ Documents
Prepare the project schedule scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects
Reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on the project’s progress.

Attending all site meetings, and project progress meetings and resolving the issue on a timely basis
Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project’s status.
Reporting to the project manager and other project participants/stakeholders and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and maintain the project’s profitability.

Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
Developing specifications for the project’s needed equipment, tools, Method Statement, Energy Power measurement reports, Lux reports
Creating frameworks to measure the project’s metrics and data collection.

Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.

Educational requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field- Electrical Engineering preferred

Experience requirements:

3-5 years of field and project planning experience.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of MS Project/ Primavera P6 is a must
Knowledge of Dailux, and PVSyst will be added advantage
Immediate Availability to Join or max 30 days notice

UAE Driving License

Qualifications:
