Job Description:

Managing and overseeing project progress in line with the budget
• Analysing timescale, cost and resources needed to deliver the project
• Coordinating with the planning department to understand and allocate milestones
• Cost concern approach on projects
• Directing a multi-disciplinary team at the site(s)
• Extraordinary problem-solving ability

EXPERIENCE:-

Minimum experience:                     Min 12+ Years
GCC experience (if yes):                   07 Years
Field / Industry of experience:       Residential & Commercial Projects
contracting exposure:                      12+ Years

QUALIFICATION:-

Minimum Qualification:                  BE Civil
Certification:                                       Preferable but not mandatory
Software Knowledge:                       AutoCAD, MS Office

PERSONALITY:-
