About PARSONS

Job Title – SENIOR MANAGER – PROJECT SUPPORT SERVICES Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Owner of all Project Support Services, standards, strategies, policies, plans and processes/procedures and best practice developed during the project’s establishment process.

Supports the projects plans and helps to define strategic and financial goals to determine the resources required to achieve them and directs effort to support the acquisition and retention those resources.
Owner of the project support services portion of all reporting requirements at a city-wide level. Supervises the preparation of these requirements within the approved plan.
Plans, directs, and manages the annual salary increase budget within the constraints of corporate policy; approves all salary actions, monitors actual increases against budget throughout the year; approves hiring/termination recommendations; reviews and signs annual performance reviews for Functional Managers. Provides technical training and career development for all department employees.

Performs other responsibilities, such as participating in corporate working groups, associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Educational requirements:

4-year degree

MBA or related MSc degree is desirable.

Experience requirements:

20+ years of related work experience, including significant managerial experience of a large group of senior discipline leads and technical support personnel.
