Quantity Surveyor – Job Responsibilities / Requirements

• Take quantities from Drawings
• Prepare material break up as per site condition
• Invoice clients upon receiving site progress report from respective project manager
• Prepare variations upon obtaining complete documentation from site staff
• Coordinate with project manager and finance team regarding commercial issues
• Maintain contract documentation and advise on post contract matters
• Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs
• Interim valuations and payment certificates
• Variation analysis, recommendations and management
• Risk & value management and cost control functions
• Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks
• 5-10 Years of Quantity Surveying experience on large interior fit out projects
• Bachelor or higher Degree in Quantity Surveying / Bachelor in Civil Engineering
• Skilled in usage of various forms of Contracts (especially in Middle East) in Interior Fit Out industry
• Good working knowledge of standard forms of measurement Good MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
