Senior Quantity Surveyor – Job Description

•  Preparation of Monthly Invoices.
• Certifying Sub-Contractors Bills.
• Verifying and approving Material Requisition per Bill of Quantity.
• Verifying/Certifying Manpower Supplier Bills.
• Assurance of Proper Manpower allocation at the site.
• Preparation of Job Cost Report.
• Preparation of “Certificate of Payment for Sub-contractors”.
• Preparation of Material Reconciliation Statement.
• Preparation of Labor Cost Report.
• Preparation of Material Requisition for finishing items.
• Preparation of Material Reconciliation Report.
• Preparation of Monthly working Progress Report
• Verifying/Certifying Supplier’s Invoices.
• Submission of Final Account after project Completion.
• Preparation of P&L Report for Management.
• Preparation of Monthly Reconciliation for Concrete, reinforcement & Bulk Materials.
• Preparation of Sub Contractor Work Orders.
• Subcontractors bill checking and Certification.
• Making Comparative Statement for Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Updating Job Cost Report (JCR) and Performance Report every month.
• Preparation of Monthly Valuation for client and fortnight subcontractor’s bills.

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure
• Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
