Quantity Surveyors – Job Description

• Material taking off from Approved Drawings, if required site inspection and site measurement.
• Sub-Contractor Progress invoice Evaluating and certification of Subcontractor invoices pertaining to all kinds of civil works, Mechanical works.
• Preparing Service requisition (RFQ) to float enquiry Preparing monthly budget forecast report of all projects.
• Coordination with the Construction team, Engineering, Management, Sub contractor.
• Sub-contractor Administration. Preparing Rate analysis

Quantity Surveyors – Job Requirement

• Bachelors Degree in QS / Engineering
• 5 Years experience in Buildings.
• Qualification as a Quantity Surveyor is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer MS Office applications.
• Analytical skills.
• Follow up skills.
