Quantity Surveyors – Job Description

• Contribute to the technical activities of contract/ tender preparation, evaluation and execution such as preparing and evaluating the most economic cost and competitive selling rates for tender project to be able to maximize the probability of award,  evaluating quantity take offs, preparation of the Monthly Valuation or billing for each project, management of costs relating to building and engineering projects, implement required standards and quality for each project, establish cost of installation, materials and workmanship and presentation of best offer/quotation to ensure that the company’s interest is always prioritized.

Quantity Surveyors – Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Three (3) years’ work experience with exposure to civil engineering projects
• Experience in Cost Estimation, Cost Analysis, Cost Forecasting, and Cost Reporting.
• Available in Qatar with transferable visa
