Receptionist – Job Description

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Attending to Guests/ Visitors/ Staff, and act as a first point of contact for visitors
• Courier Management
• Front Office Documentation- Maintain the logbooks for visitors, International Calls and transportation.
• Co-ordination with HR & Admin department for activities pertaining to recruitment, events and admin support.
• Sales co-ordination.

Receptionist – Job Requirement

• Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in handling a reception board

With valid QID and can transfer the sponsorship
