Work at Main Reception Desk, welcome each member and visitor to the gym. Carefully monitor access to the GYM and report any suspicious activity. Well-acquainted with all gym staff and procedures and can easily direct newcomers. Greet regular customers by name and provide a friendly, helpful ear when necessary. Register new customer and follow-up with renewal and expiry customer.
