Receptionist Cum Sales Representative Job Requirements

Job Description:

• Welcome and greet clients in the club ensuring that each and every customer is getting professional service
• Offer customer satisfaction and overall operations control that includes ensuring the club is tidy at all times, cashiering and updating of daily sales report
• Develop good relationship with clients and can do indoor and outdoor court sales, up selling and business development. (as the need arises)
• Assist clients – in club, offsite, etc. Collects payments and process through POS
• Help implement plan to promote products to potential

Requirements

• Open to freshers with excellent communication skills
• Must be highly presentable and knows how to develop rapport with clients
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
