Ignite are partnering with a leading retail brand and we are looking for a creative Social Marketing Associate who will be responsible for promoting our brand and product through innovative & engaging storytelling to bring the brand and products to life on social.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging, creative, innovative content (story-telling through Instagram effects, Snapchat filters, optimized stories)
• Identify, monitor, and engage with market trends
• Analyze social media presence and track digital performance including ROI
• Publish, monitor, and engage with the social community
• Content Planning and Social customer service
• Create and update weekly and monthly reports, analyze campaigns and product launches
• Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
• Collaborate with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages

Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing
• A minimum of 3-4 years experience in social media marketing in the Retail
• English and Arabic language skills
• Creative storytelling, content creation, and copywriting skills
• A proven track record in social media including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
