• Senior Process Executive, Finance – to process the invoices in defined turnaround time with accuracy

• To Achieve the defined SLA and Key Performance Indicators for AP related business process.
• To ensure the productivity is achieved on daily basis consistently.
• To ensure invoice processed , queries are handled and supplier paid on time.

• Invoice processing: Responsible for invoice processing in the workflow
• Validation Documentation: To validate the invoices processed are accurate
• Queries: To ensure the internal & external queries are resolved and communicated
• Payment process: Ensure all the documents are paid on time to the supplier
• Accuracy: To monitor the accuracy of the invoice & payment processing

Desired Candidate Profile

REQUIREMENTS

Academic Qualification

• Commerce Graduate in Finance

Work Experience:

• 1-3 years of work experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, Petty cash roles

Business Skills:

• Good understanding of the FMCG/Retail sector
• Strong Knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to confirm a high-quality level for the PTP roles

Technical Skills:

• Advanced excel spreadsheet knowledge
• Excellent knowledge in Oracle ERP, especially in Oracle AP with clear understanding of charts of accounts.

Personal Skills:

• Professional & positive attitude with a willingness to learn and drive improvements and efficiency
• Good communication skills
