Sr. Process Executive

Job – Sr. Process Executive

We are looking for a Sr. Process Executive – Shared Services- MDM with Atleast 1-2 years & above in Finance & Accounting role or Shared services.
ROLE PURPOSE :
– Responsible for the processing the responsibilities assigned as per the key operational responsibility matrix.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
  1. Met the set targets and adhere to SLA/KPIs established for the process/tower.
  2. Participate in All SSC related activities & Initiatives.
  3. Assist the team/supervisor by absorbing additional responsibilities as necessary.
  4. Be flexile to work in shifts, extra hours or weekends/public holidays as per need.
  5. Participate in projects related to process and efficiency improvements.

KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Process workflow requests for Customer, Item & Supplier master.
  • Respond to email queries.
  • Conduct training to data stewards as necessary.
  • Participate in data clean up activities like de-duplication and rationalization, standardization.
  • Ensure SOPs and other process control documents are updated in accordance to change in the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

EDUCATION:

  • Must be a Graduate (In Finance & Accounting stream)
  • Additional qualification – NA. EXPERIENCE : Atleast 1-2 years & above in Finance & Accounting role or Shared services. Mandatory Criteria for IJP Application:
  • Employee must have been in their current position for atleast 24 months.
  • Employee should not have applied for more than 3 openings through the IJP in the last 12 months.
  • Employee should have received a rating of 3 or above in the last performance appraisal.
