Employment: Full Time
• To lead projects from concept stage through to operational handover stage to deliver the project/s to the satisfaction of Clients and Compass Partners, within budget, in accordance with the brief and in accordance with authority requirements.

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Job Requirement

Experience

• Previous UAE senior quantity surveying experience within the design and construction phases of projects is required.
• Previous UAE experience of managing a team of quantity surveyors for a single or multiple projects.

Qualifications/Skills

• A civil or construction related degree is required.
• RICS qualified
