Job – SENIOR RISK ENGINEER

Job Description & Qualifications  :

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Risk Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to support activities related to implementing and facilitating the risk management process.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support with risk management process implementation in projects following contractual requirements and the management system
• Participate in risk meetings (and any related sessions) as part of the monthly project risk review process
• Coordination and follow-up of risk activities in line with project life cycle
• Maintain project-specific risk management procedures and perform cost and schedule risk analysis
• Perform lessons learned program-wide to support continuous improvement Support with implementation initiatives to secure a good risk management culture in Project Management
• Support and assist in functional development of risk department/discipline

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachlors degree in engineering with 10 years experience in project controls management on major infrastructure projects
• Possess equivalent certification, e.g. APM/IRM/PMI-RMP risk certified candidates preferred.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Expected to demonstrate professional levels of competence with tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, Safran etc. and develop a probabilistic model.
• Good understanding of an integrated risk management process (risk, cost and schedule) on a large programme
• Risk workshop facilitation
• Excellent presentation, influencing and facilitation skills
