Job Title – Admin officer Jobs in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman

Responsibilities:

  • Updating the employee database in the system
  • Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about the company
    policies

     

  • Scheduling Induction & Orientation of new joiners
  • Assisting HR Manager for day to day tasks
  • Leave management
  • Co-ordinating with the team for Utility management (Fleet, Office Space, Asset, Necessities, Agreements)
  • Co-ordinating with the team for Insurance & Claim Management (Health, Vehicle, Property)
  • Fetching data from departments & Appraisal on the performance of an individual (KPI)
  • Conducting/arranging training sessions for employees
  • Payroll-Gather payroll data & Processing
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR

 

Educational requirements:

  • Any Degree

 

Experience requirements:

  • More than 5 Years
