Job Title – Associate Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist Jobs in Oman

Responsibilities:

To assist in evaluating, managing, monitoring, and auditing all CSR Projects/Reports.
To help in the production of any CSR Committee, Ministry of Energy and Minerals reports and minutes of as needed.

Assist the team to Evaluate, Manage, Monitor, and Audit all CSR Contracts, CSR Committee & MEM requirement as well as Monitoring and Reporting CSR System.
Support in managing, monitor, and audit department internal and external communications Channels.
Study with relevant Authorities CSR scopes that can be implemented and sponsored by CCED.

Participate in events organized by CCED or shareholders.
Develop written materials related to the department to be used in multiple communication channels.
Assist in setting/updating company internal guidelines for CSR Projects.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or Communication, Public Relation, Finance & Accounting.
Basic Job Requirements:
- Use of independent judgment, efficiency, and creativity in searching, studying, and executing CSR Projects.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills.
Other Job Requirements:
- Very good command of the English and Arabic languages (both written and verbal).
- The ability to manage and work with multiple tasks.
- A commercially attuned and energetic personality.
- Requires good data management skills and analytical skills.
