Responsibilities:

  • Job Summary:

     

  • Manage the process of raising orphans and those who lack family care by providing them with a family atmosphere and creating a healthy and healthy environment that helps them grow properly in society, provide them with means of assistance and take full care of all their affairs, with full working hours for 3 consecutive days for each group.

     

  • Operational responsibilities and duties

     

  • Supervise the care of children classified according to the age and gender of the child, with full working hours for each group of children, with a maximum of (6) children in each house.
  • Raising the child in a normal family environment and instilling sound values, customs, traditions, and principles that qualify him to be a good individual in Emirati society.
  • Participate in setting a child care and development plan in coordination with specialists and work to implement it through therapeutic methods monitored by those concerned, which include all aspects (health, educational, social, behavioral, psychological).
  • Monitoring the general behavior of the child, according to the behavior evaluation form and submitting periodic reports to those concerned with the aim of developing improvement plans.
  • Identify children’s hobbies, discover abilities, and actively contribute to their development.
  • Contribute effectively to the integration of children into civil society and help them build friendly external relations that contribute to the process of developing loyalty.
  • Preparing a plan for internal initiatives that translates development plans for each child and setting budgets for their implementation.
  • Contribute to the happiness of children through their participation in the programs available to them according to the plan.
  • Managing financial allocations for the home and children, good financial forethought, ensuring sufficiency according to the specified periodic period, and submitting periodic reports in this regard.
  • Enabling children to manage financial allocations for daily expenses.
    Supervising the work of the health staff regarding the provision of primary health care for children.
  • Managing the home control process and supervising the support group.
  • The participation of children in all external activities provided to them according to age group and gender.
  • Manage the process of organizing daily home remedial classes.
  • Standing on the level of educational attainment of children by conducting field visits to schools and addressing academic and behavioral problems.
  • Enabling age groups to be self-reliant by accustoming them to meeting their personal needs.
  • Child protection by implementing security and safety standards.
  • Supervising the proper nutrition of children of all categories and the variety of meals provided by selecting the best suppliers and ensuring health and hygiene standards.
  • Providing advice and family guidance to reduce the occurrence of deviations in all their forms.
  • Participate in the plan to prepare children who are about to be separated from maternal care to the youth stage or to external foster care.

Educational requirements:
