Job Title – Associate HR – Training Specialist Jobs in Oman
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning & aassessing training and development needs through communication with managers, respective training providers.
- Assist and help in developing training soft skills programs to fulfill CCED employees’ needs to maintain required competencies for the work.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, feedback surveys& results of assessments, and training requirements.
- Assist in timely updating the training monthly, quarterly & yearly training records and data analysis.
- Assesses training materials prepared by training provider.
- Ensure training return of investment to the CCED and employees by using various available tools.
- Help to maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
- Assist in preparing and implementing training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Training and Development, Business Management or a related field required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
Experience requirements:
- Experience of 0 – 2 years
