Responsibilities:

  • Foundation, and the Culture and Arts Authority, in accordance with the approved time plans to ensure the availability of social, health, sports and cultural services for customers from the target groups, and to ensure their empowerment and integration into society.

  • Preparing operational indicators and linking them to strategic indicators, following up on their measurement, ensuring that they achieve the approved targets, and making recommendations to raise the indicators.

  • Culture and Arts Authority) and approved by the administration to provide efficient and high-quality services to the target group.
  • Preparing work mechanisms and procedures for the club’s services with the various governmental and private agencies to provide the best services that are compatible with the needs of the elderly and the objectives of the club.
  • Preparing the necessary plans and studies to ensure that the elderly are attracted to the club according to the periodic social variables that the elderly group passes through in order to reach active aging.
  • Supervising the implementation of services and activities in the club provided by the Community
  • Development Authority team in addition to the team of main partners responsible for providing services in the club (Dubai Sports Council, Dubai Academic Health Foundation, Culture and Arts Authority) in addition to sub-partners from the private sector, and holding periodic meetings With them to ensure the achievement of the goals and indicators required and approved for the club with continuous development and improvement on those services.
  • Supervise the preparation of reports and statistics to limit the gaps and challenges faced by the elderly group, develop appropriate and appropriate solutions to bridge those gaps , and submit reports , including recommendations , to the Social Welfare Department and the concerned departments and authorities to take the necessary action .
  • Coordinating with the concerned departments to develop appropriate marketing plans to achieve the club’s goals, attract the target group, follow up on the implementation of those plans, and measure their impact on an annual basis.
  • Supervising the database of the elderly registered in the club and the data entered in the approved electronic system for services and following up updating the data according to the registered cases and target groups on a regular basis and issuing the necessary reports through the system.
  • Preparing the necessary studies for the development and establishment of similar clubs at the level of the emirate to cover the needs of the target group according to the geographical areas, including the studies, the needs of financial and human resources, and the current and desired impact of the expansion.
  • Achieving positive interaction and consolidating relations between the Authority and the local community, its private and governmental agencies and institutions, and the public benefit sector related to providing services and activities for the elderly and the target group, while exchanging experiences and developing services based on international best practices.
  • Supervise the optimal functioning of the technical systems in the club while supervising their development in coordination with the concerned team to keep pace with the aspirations and goals of the club in providing smart services.
  • Supervising the development of the necessary plans to measure the satisfaction of customers in the club and the development of improvement plans in coordination with partners to raise the level of satisfaction periodically.
  • Preparing focus sessions to identify the needs, opinions and aspirations of the target group, and preparing the necessary plans to include recommendations within the developmental stages of the club.
  • Supervising the preparation of the club services guide in partnership with service providers from the strategic partners (Dubai Sports Council, Dubai Academic Health Foundation, Culture and Arts Authority) and updating it periodically according to the variables, studies and plans established and approved by the administration in coordination with the partners providing services in the club.
  • Adhere to the information security policies and procedures approved by the Authority and work to comply with the controls to ensure the confidentiality of information .

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Social Work, or equivalent. Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Experience requirements:

  • A minimum of At least 8-10 years of experience in a related field, of which 3 years of experience in supervisory work.
