Job Title – Case Management Expert (Outsource) Jobs in Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Job Description
  • Operational Objectives
  • Provide support for the preparation of short and medium term operational plans and objectives for case management and align them with department and sector plans.
  • Participate in setting policies and procedures for case management processes and ensure their implementation and work on updating them and making improvements.
  • Financial Affairs
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget for case management, and follow up the implementation of the budget to ensure optimal use in accordance with financial policies.
  • Develop systems and mechanisms to prepare plans for the development of an integrated case management system for the Authority and the entities participating in the integrated case management system, and ensure its efficient and effective implementation.
  • Setting standards and frameworks for case study models according to best practices, building comprehensive intervention plans (social, family, educational, health, psychological, and physical) and ensuring completion of studies and receiving services.
  • Establishing integration mechanisms in the management of social and humanitarian cases among the entities participating in the application of the system (example: Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, Dubai Academic Health Establishment, Dubai Police, Awqaf and Minors Funds Management Establishment, Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department).
  • Raising development recommendations for the unified system for managing social and humanitarian cases based on the directives of the Dubai government and related initiatives and best practices locally, regionally and globally, and the criteria for studying cases and approved procedures.
  • Supervising the conduct of customer case studies in all social aspects and case studies directed to service providers and approved committees within the authority and with partners in implementing the system by following up on the reports issued by the case management system and periodic meetings with specialists.
  • Setting the standards on which the cases are assessed and analyzed, supervising the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the advanced cases and their families to receive the services of the Authority and the parties participating in the application of the unified system, and following up on the development and implementation of comprehensive intervention plans according to the cases and in accordance with the approved procedures.
  • Developing mechanisms to study the social situation before and after implementing intervention plans, disbursing benefits, and providing services to customers to make comparisons with the social impact of implementing these plans and services, measuring and documenting outputs, and proposing areas for improvement and development if necessary, with the aim of development and ensuring maximum benefit for customers.
  • Follow up on the closure of intervention plans for cases and ensure that customers receive the required services in an integrated manner by reviewing the reports issued by the case management system and following up on the results of customer surveys.
  • Developing procedures for dealing, coordinating and cooperating with the internal and external parties participating in the unified system and other social and humanitarian service providers in order to ensure that all customers’ needs are met and covered

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent priority is given to holders of postgraduate degrees (associate, master’s degree, or a related doctorate Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

  • A minimum of At least 8-10 years of experience in a field related to case management and social work.
