Responsibilities :

1. Build and operate the A&CM Expert Services
- Implement strategy and drive activation of Expert Services:
  - Determine service portfolio, detail service characteristics, and launch service delivery – incl. facilitation and evaluation of pilots (pre-activation)
  - Recruit talent for in-house delivery (A&CM Transformation & Delivery Experts) and advise on partner/vendor selection for outsourced delivery
  - Build up service line organization and define/establish key processes
  - Manage operations and ensure seamless client experience.
- Manage and oversee entire service delivery activities, staff and coordinate project teams, track utilization, and steer project as well as line financials
  - Engage in client demand assessment, service tailoring, tendering process, and delivery roadmap design (ensuring best utilization of Centre resources and involvement/contribution of other service lines)
  - Grow and intensify relationships with manufacturing tenants and manage interfaces with Centre entities and other service delivery partners/vendors
  - Implement and track KPIs/measures for quality/client satisfaction
- Continuously improve line profile to foster position as #1 in A&CM services:
  - Refine service portfolio based on tenant feedback and generated Centre IP
  - Drive gradual extension of in-house delivery in select topics of strategic priority
2. Lead the A&CM Transformation Expert Service
- Lead the Advanced & Clean Manufacturing Transformation work-stream within the Expert Services portfolio. Collaborate with clients to apply the A&CM Index assessment and knowledge to support their manufacturing transformations to best-in-class manufacturing.
  - Diagnostics: Assessment of the status quo in advanced and clean manufacturing. Application and further development of the A&CM Index assessment incl. KPI development and its application.
  - Design: Identification of target picture and key measures for the client. Applying best practices from value-stream mapping, lean and A&CM knowledge. Combine qualitative and quantitative insights from diagnostic step.
  - Plan & Implement: Road map preparation and start of implementation. Continue to support the implementation of the client’s manufacturing transformation. Enable clients via transformation to reach next maturity level within the A&CM Index.
3. Lead the A&CM Expert Services
- Lead and shape the development and activation of the in-depth Advanced & Clean Manufacturing Expert Services by developing, sourcing, and executing advisory services for OXAGON tenants and wider KSA clients
  - Plant & Production ramp-up: Support tenants in technical plant design (incl. value streams, line setup, plant layout, smart factory architecture) and project management to support advanced and clean manufacturing from the start. Ensure fast and smooth ramp-up of production and future-proof plant design based on A&CM index.
  - Advanced & Clean Manufacturing: Support tenants on the implementation of advanced and clean manufacturing principles. Through the design, testing and implementation of tools, technologies and use cases.
  - Innovation facilitation and organizational change: Support the tenants in the industrialization of products and processes within the A&CM centre and Research and Innovation centre and support organizational change (e.g., skills) for advanced and clean manufacturing.

Educational requirements:

Bachelor/Master/Ph.D. degree, preferably in the field of engineering, science, or other related fields.

Experience requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in management consulting and manufacturing transformations, with deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, production systems design, advanced manufacturing (industry 4.0 application) and financial business case for investment creation

Minimum 5+ years of experience in shop floor operational excellence deployment, understanding of how to make change happen and stick (change management, key stakeholder engagement, shop floor operations).

Desired Skills:

Strong analytical, abstract problem solving and logical reasoning skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ideally experience in building/developing, manufacturing/professional services business and/or serving in (senior) industry leadership position
Ideally familiarity with applied analytics methods, use cases, and resources (modeling/ programming skills and experience considered a plus).
