Job Title – Case Management Specialist Jobs in Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Job Description
  • Receiving requests for services and preparing detailed case studies to assess the social, family, financial, health, educational and psychological aspects in accordance with the approved procedures.
  • Cooperate with specialized internal departments (such as: the most affected groups; senior citizens; people of determination; family counseling; child protection; financial empowerment; financial benefits) to develop comprehensive intervention plans according to cases and categories.
  • Cooperating and coordinating with external service providers to provide services according to needs according to case studies and intervention plans (eg: Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities; Department of Awqaf and Minors Affairs; Ministry of Community Development and other charitable organizations).
  • Preparing case studies for approved committees in the Authority (Critical Humanitarian Cases Committee; Financial Benefits Grievances Committee), following up the recommendations of the committees, ensuring their implementation, following up on the status of cases, and verifying the services obtained from the Authority.
  • Make field visits to follow up on cases in accordance with the approved standards and work on completing case studies and procedures to benefit those who are eligible for services from external and internal authorities in the Authority.
  • Continuous follow-up of the implementation of the intervention plans that were developed in partnership with the departments concerned with the target groups according to the cases, through periodic meetings with the departments, interviews with customers, and field visits as needed in order to ensure the achievement of the goals and the commitment of the parties to ensure that customers receive services in accordance with the requirements and cases.
  • Follow up the performance of the electronic case management systems, work on developing them, and make adjustments in coordination with the concerned departments, in order to ensure comprehensive documentation of cases and their developments, and accurate and comprehensive follow-up with all parties to the intervention plans.
  • Follow up the complaints system about the cases that are being managed, and conduct periodic reviews of the course of drawing up the procedures for managing cases, whether with external service providers or with departments within the Authority, and submit recommendations for improvement and development to the line manager.
  • Preparing periodic reports on cases, social studies, and achievement in intervention plans, closing them, and submitting them with development recommendations for approval.
  • Adhere to the information security policies and procedures approved by the Authority and work to comply with the controls to ensure the confidentiality of information
  • Any other tasks and competencies within the scope of the job responsibilities. 

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent fluent in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing).

  • A minimum of At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
