About PARSONS

Job Title – CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – MARINE Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all construction activities for the project

Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Manage project staff, including supervision of project managers, site supervisors, and construction workers
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion and budget compliance
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including regular updates on project status, issues, and resolution

Educational requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field

Experience requirements:

20+ years of experience in construction management, with a specific focus on marine construction
Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects, with a track record of on-time, on-budget completion
Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate project teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experienced in the construction management of Breakwaters, Quay Walls, Revetment, Reclamation

Desired Skills:

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment

Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the construction industry

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.

Highly motivated.
