Job Title – CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – MARINE Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all construction activities for the project
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Manage project staff, including supervision of project managers, site supervisors, and construction workers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion and budget compliance
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including regular updates on project status, issues, and resolution
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
Experience requirements:
- 20+ years of experience in construction management, with a specific focus on marine construction
- Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects, with a track record of on-time, on-budget completion
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate project teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experienced in the construction management of Breakwaters, Quay Walls, Revetment, Reclamation
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the construction industry
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
- Highly motivated.
