Job – Marine Environment Engineers

Job Description:

• Responsible to oversee the marine construction including RO, STP’s and PV
• Experience in the marine dredging and reclamation
• Familiar with the IMO and MARPOL requirements
• Experience in implementing the CESMP and evaluating the impacts of construction on marine ecosystem
• Responsible for the In situ and continues marine monitoring; Turbidity, silt traps and water quality
• Deployment of silt curtains and post monitoring for the integrity
• Provide support for monitoring and evaluation, biodiversity data collection and marine logistics
• Support the Senior Manager –Execution & Assurance in developing and coordinating an Environmental Assurance Program
• Day-to-day support for Environmental Manager for the Marine construction and conservation compliance
• Assess marine training needs, develop training courses and capacity building for rangers in marine protected areas
• Contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of procedures and practices for effective and sustainable operation of company’s Marine compliance program
• Support the review of Construction Environmental and Social Management Plans and other associated document developed by the contractors
• Ensure that environmental and sustainability Employer Requirements are effectively implemented during all development phases
• Experience in marine mammals identification and implementing the conservation plan
