Responsibilities:
- Meet SLAs by actioning requests on the ticketing system
- Ensure account opening process is handled correctly and in a timely manner
- Manage the CRM system and ensure all sales teams are trained & equipped to use the system
- Ensure continuity of customer data integrity in the system
- Prepare Non – financial CRM reports as needed
- Manage the efficiency of the lead management process

Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
